Where we deliver

Across Thailand. International delivery is not open yet.

Cost and timing

Delivery cost and estimated timing are confirmed in writing with each order request, based on your address and the items. Bangkok and surrounding provinces are usually 1–3 working days; other provinces 2–5.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email or LINE once the parcel is collected.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph the parcel and the item before unpacking further, and contact hello@eleanathailand.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
