Returns

14-day return

Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email hello@eleanathailand.com with your order reference first.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and used Gua Sha tools cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty, we cover return shipping and either replace it or refund it in full, including the original delivery cost.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
